BEACHES I LIKE

Es Cavelett (I love this beach!)

Es Cavelett is just like paradise for me. You could find Es Cavelett Beach in near of the Airport and the "Salinas". You have to take a car, taxi or a bicycle to get there. If you arrive at Es Cavelett, you will find a very good restaurant directly at the beginning of this beach. You don't have to eat there (it is not a cheap one ;-); you also could drink something or rest a little bit

At Es Cavelett ALL IS POSSIBLE! Is is the biggest nudist-beach around, but you don't have to be a nudist to be there. You also could where a swim dress, it depends on you. The beach is about 4 km long. At the beginning of the beach (near the restaurant) you will find a lot of families, naked and dressed. In the middle, there a a lot of couples and swingers, nude and .... , and at the end of the beach, there are a lot of gays (in the middle of the summer and in the middle of the day, I would guess about 400 gays). They have also a pub, where you could rest. I like this beach, because real all is possible without any problems. As example: if you go to the middle of the beach and watch the people there, you often will see couples disappear in the dunes ,smile....smile. I think, everybody, who visits Ibiza and who is not prudish, should visit Es Cavelett. After this visit, you will think, that most of the other beaches are boring. 

Playa den Bossa

It is the biggest beach around. The beach is very clean and you always find a place where you have a lot off place for you. The nick-name of this beach is "Rolex-Beach", because the main thing do to at Playa den Bossa is to watch or getting watched. A lot of people (very nice girls, lot of bodybuilder, ....) will visit this beach after 2.00 pm. Before this time, "only" families could be found there, smile. The most of the "disco-people" like this place. 

You also could found the "Bora-Bora"-beach here!!

Salinas

Salinas (near the Airport) is the "loudest" beach around. Until 2.00 pm you only will find less people there, but after this time it is very crowdie. A lot of disco-people and "Boat-People" are there. The 3 beach pubs have big loudspeaker and you could "listen" to the newest Techno-Music. If you do not like this music (I like it), it is the wrong place for you! You could get there by bus and return to Ibiza-Town or Playa den Bossa also by bus. If your place is in near of the 3. bar (Sa Trincha), you do not have to wear something; nudity is possible and a lot of people are nude. 1996 I changed from Es Cavelett to Salinas, because only less people have been at Es Cavelett and the water has been "better" at Salinas. Since 1998 I changed back to Es Cavelett, because there is more to see ;-)
